Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup frozen Highbush blueberries
  2. 1/2 kiwi sliced
  3. 1/2 banana sliced
  4. 1/4 cup honey yogurt
  5. Orange juice to thin if desired
Instructions
  1. The recipe above will make about 1/2 a mason jar worth of smoothie. If you want a full mason jar, double the above quantities. Put all ingredients (except orange juice) in a blender and blend until smooth. Thin mixture with orange juice to reach the consistency that you desire. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
