Dr. Seuss Crafts Day 1

Day 1 of Dr. Seuss Craft Lightning has come to a close and I have some great Dr. Seuss crafts to feature for you today.  If you want a chance to be featured here, be sure to link up your quick and easy Seuss crafts to the Craft Lightning linky party.  If you missed any of the Dr. Seuss fun this week, check out the round ups from day 2, day 3 and day 4.  Or you can find them all and more on our Dr. Seuss Pinterest board.
Today’s features start with this fun Lorax paper plate craft over at A Night Owl Blog.  I love the use of the hands!

Next up is this pompom bookmark from One Krieger Chick that I am absolutely in love with!  What a fun way to mark your place in a book.  I might just need one of these for ME!

These cat in the hat cookies from Made to be Momma are so super simple to make but will make your kids smile for Read Across America Day.

How about a gift for dad with a Seuss theme?  Try this Hop on Pop mug from 4 You with Love.

Try this Seuss inspired version of charades from Sugar Bee Crafts with your kids or classroom.  Fun printables make this one super easy to make.

Complete a fun project with your kids and these Seussical mixed up animals from Dolen Diaries.  So cute and Seuss inspired!

Allie with My Card Party did a Seuss inspired card that I just love.  Rainbow buttons make my heart sing.

Bombshell Bling is making an entire Seuss inspired room!!  She shared her Seuss bulletin boards with us today.

Our linky party feature today is these fun Seuss inspired costumes from Architecture of a Mom.  Your kids can become Things in just minutes.

My partner for this series, 30 Minute Crafts, shared a fun I Can Read with My Eyes Shut sleep mask.  Plus you get an adorable picture of her boy modeling it!

And just in case you missed it, I shared a Dr. Seuss quote sign with instructions on how to paint your own.  You will never guess how I got that board to be green!

Stay tuned as Dr. Seuss week is just getting started!  We have tons more fun to go!
