Y’all Mary Beth with Cupcakes and Crinoline is back this month with some artichoke dip that has crab in it! Okay I love, love, love artichokes so this one is definitely on my list to make this holiday season. Give it a try for any party and amaze your guests! You can whip this one up in just minutes and let it be the star of the buffet!
This is one of my favorite holiday appetizer recipes ever. I remember having it as a child and thinking it was so ‘fancy’. If you don’t already have this one saved now is the time to do it.
The ingredients are easy to find and the recipe can be made ahead of time, the morning you plan on serving it, and can be heated before guests arrive or can be made in a crock pot.
If you love artichokes, this one is definitely for you!
Crabby Artichoke Dip Recipe
14-ounce can or jar of artichoke hearts drained and chopped
2 6-ounce cans crab meat, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Crackers, pita chips or toasted bread rounds for serving
If cooking in the oven preheat oven to 425°. Mix all ingredients well. Place in an oven safe casserole dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
If cooking in a crock pot, mix well, place in crock pot on low and heat for 4 hours.
Serve!
