Add something special to your sugar cookies this year with my gingerbread icing recipe. Just two ingredients and you have a delectable icing that will leave you licking the bowl. Be sure to add this to your baking list this holiday season. Psst….click here to get a coupon for International Delight since that is one of the ingredients.
Gingerbread Icing Recipe
- Powdered sugar (sifted)
- International Delight Gingerbread Latte flavor
That is it! This one can actually be made in any size batch that you wish. I sifted a couple of cups of powdered sugar into a large bowl. Then add the International Delight Gingerbread Latte one tablespoon at a time. Mix well. Add creamer until you get an icing consistency. If it gets too runny, just add a bit more sifted powdered sugar. You can’t get this one wrong!
This is best added to a plain sugar cookie recipe. It will make them the best sugar cookies you have ever put in your mouth! This gingerbread icing recipe is kid tested as well and it received two thumbs up. Be sure to add International Delight Gingerbread Latte flavor to your cart while it is in stores for the holiday season. You will love it in this recipe and in your coffee as well.
