- 6 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Combine apples and lemon juice in a 8 inch square glass baking dish. Microwave butter in a mixing bowl until softened. Add remaining ingredients to butter and mix until crumbly. Put mixture on top of apples. Microwave uncovered for 12 - 14 minutes until apples are tender. Scoop out and serve in ramekins if desired.
