Summer is coming and the weather is heating up. I played around with a few ingredients and came up with these peanut butter yogurt popsicles. I must say that are really good and so easy to make. Your kids will love them and you will love that they are healthy as well! Grab the THREE ingredients….yes just three…and make your own version today!
Homemade popsicles are the best! You can control the quality of the ingredients and know just what you are feeding your kids. I must admit that this idea came from a peanut butter milkshake at my favorite summer drink stop. I just can’t get enough of that peanut butter taste in ice cream form. These peanut butter yogurt popsicles are a tasty alternative that is much better for me. Sign me up!
You will need:
- 1/2 cup yogurt (plain)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
Directions:
- Place all of the ingredients above in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour mixture into some popsicle molds and freeze until they harden.
- Run under a bit of hot water to loosen and remove from mold.
