Are you ready to shop The Home Depot? Head on over and join the garden club to get your own $5 off a $50 purchase emailed to you. What else can you get from the garden club? Exclusive offers, expert advice, plant care, and gardening know how. Even a community forum where you can ask an expert. Truly there is no reason NOT to join.
Now lets get our shop on. I was staring down the loooong aisle of planters at The Home Depot. But remember I came armed with the knowledge provided from the garden club and research. I was able to navigate these flower pots in no time at all. Honestly all of the pretty options did have me a little bit awestruck. But I knew what I was after before stepping foot into the store.
I was also prepared to learn a little from my shopping trip. For instance, in all my research I did not know that there is a NEW version of terra cotta that holds up better in extreme temperatures. Guess what I bought some of?
What else did I buy on my shopping trip? Planters in plastic, wood, and terra cotta but you will have to wait for the entire reveal a little later this week. For right now, you can explore a little of the garden center with me via pictures…lots of pictures.
I loaded up my truck and instagrammed a picture on the way out of the parking lot. Now the real work begins right?
This week I will be sharing more of my project. I will give you all a few hints as to what you can expect. I will share a bit about spray paint and MORE options on customizing your planters.
Plus the final reveal will include what I planted in these planter pots I have been talking about for weeks. A little hint for you? Okay just a little one.
