Slow Cooker Pumpkin Pie with @InDelight #ad

 Fall is upon us and I am craving all things pumpkin. I decided on a little slow cooker pumpkin pie the other day and thought I would share the recipe here with y’all. Pumpkin pie in the crock pot? Absolutely! Hang on to your hats cause this one is amazing. I actually used Cinnabon flavored International Delight in this recipe for extra flavor and sweetness. It really made all the difference in the world so don’t skip that ingredient y’all.

Gather your ingredients and your crock pot for this recipe. I find that a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crock pot works best. The oval shape of the one pictured below really lets your topping spread out and cook evenly.

Slow Cooker Pumpkin Pie Recipe

• Nonstick cooking spray
• 1 15 oz can pumpkin
• 2/3 cup Cinnabon flavored International Delight Coffee Creamer
• 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice (divided)
• 1 9 oz yellow cake mix
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1/4 cup butter (melted)
• Ice cream for topping if desired

Spray the inside of your crock pot with the non stick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine pumpkin, International Delight, and 1 tbsp of the pumpkin pie spice. Mix then spread evenly in the bottom of your crock pot. In a separate bowl, combine cake mix, pecans, and 1 tbsp pumpkin pie mixture. Sprinkle this over the top of the pumpkin mixture in the slow cooker. Drizzle the melted butter over the top. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours. Cool (uncovered) for about 30 minutes before serving. Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream if desired.
