I had a chance to try an extra creamy Australian style yogurt. So I whipped up these strawberry yogurt pancakes that you are going to love. There is yogurt in the pancakes as well as on top of them. Plus they are delicious. Your entire family will love mixing up their morning routine with this pancake recipe and Yulu yogurt.
Start with the amazing recipe below. You will need one container of Yulu to mix in your pancakes and another to dollop on top. Yulu is smoothed twice for extra creaminess, so it’s unlike anything you’ve tried before. I personally think it is the perfect topping for pancakes like these.
Strawberry Yogurt Pancakes
- 2 cups baking mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Yulu strawberry yogurt (5.3 oz size)
- 1/4 cup diced frozen or fresh strawberries
- 1 Yulu vanilla bean yogurt
- Additional frozen or fresh strawberries
Preheat griddle or skillet on medium heat (350 – 375 degrees F). Grease lightly. Combine first five ingredients and stir until large lumps disappear. Thin if needed with additional milk or add additional baking mix if too thin. Pour by 1/4 cup fulls onto griddle or skillet. Flip when pancakes bubble around edges. Pancakes are down when they are golden brown on both sides. Serve with a dollop of vanilla bean yogurt and additional frozen or fresh strawberries.
