Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 cup frozen Highbush blueberries
- 1/2 kiwi sliced
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1/4 cup honey yogurt
- Orange juice to thin if desired
The recipe above will make about 1/2 a mason jar worth of smoothie. If you want a full mason jar, double the above quantities. Put all ingredients (except orange juice) in a blender and blend until smooth. Thin mixture with orange juice to reach the consistency that you desire. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Milky Way Hot Chocolate Recipe
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 6 Milky Way minis
- Bar of dark chocolate optional
Pour milk into glass. Unwrap and break Milky Way bars into halves. Place into milk. Microwave in 30 second intervals stirring after each. Repeat until Milky Way candy bars are melted (mine took 2 minutes). Grate dark chocolate over the top of the hot chocolate. Enjoy!
NOTE: If your mug is not large enough to hold 1 1/4 cup of milk, start with 1 cup of milk and 5 Milky Way minis.
