Watermelon Basil Salad Recipe
- 3 cups cubed watermelon
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Add watermelon, blueberries, and basil to a bowl. Stir to combine. Then drizzle with the balsamic vinegar. Toss to coat. Serve immediately or pop in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat. This salad really is that easy to pull together! You might even have all of the ingredients you need on hand to make it.
