Frozen Herbs

What You Will Need

  • Ice cube tray
  • Water
  • Fresh herbs

Instructions

  • Rinse fresh herbs (to remove any dirt or critters)
  • Remove herbs from stems
  • Chop (a course chop works in this case)
  • Add to ice cube tray (you can measure about a tablespoon of each herb if desired)
  • Fill with water (you can also use oil or even stock)
  • Press down (until your herbs are under the water)
  • Freeze (about 24 hours should do the trick)
  • Pop out and store in marked freezer bags
