Rinse fresh herbs (to remove any dirt or critters)
Remove herbs from stems
Chop (a course chop works in this case)
Add to ice cube tray (you can measure about a tablespoon of each herb if desired)
Fill with water (you can also use oil or even stock)
Press down (until your herbs are under the water)
Freeze (about 24 hours should do the trick)
Pop out and store in marked freezer bags
