1/3cupwhite chocolate chips you will want to look for a brand that is allergy-friendly if you have issues
5ozpackage dried cranberries

1cupwalnuts omit for nut allergies
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together oil and honey.
Then toss with oats to coat.
Spread oats evenly on the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 16 - 20 minutes until lightly toasted throughout. NOTE: Be sure to toss occasionally for even toasting.
Then remove from the oven.
While still hot, mix oats with white chocolate chips. The chocolate should create clusters of granola.
Let granola mixture cool then add walnuts and cranberries. Store in an airtight container. Serve with milk for breakfast, over yogurt, or just grab a handful anytime.
