Caramel Apple Cookies

What You Will Need

  • Sugar cookie roll
  • Caramel syrup
  • Cream cheese frosting
  • Chopped pecans
  • Apples
  • Lemon juice


  • Slice the cookie dough into rounds and place the rounds on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake the cookies according to the package directions and allow to cool.
  • Chop up a couple of apples and coat with a little lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Add a layer of cream cheese frosting then finish with apples, pecans, and a drizzle of caramel syrup.
