Fruit Dessert Pizza

An easy fruit pizza recipe with a chocolate brownie crust that is perfect for summer!

What You Will Need

  • 1 18.3 ounce package brownie mix with ingredients for making cake-like brownies
  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening
  • Fruit for decorating: kiwi strawberries, blueberries


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for cake-like brownies.
  • Spritz two 9 inch round cake pans with non-stick cooking spray. Line with parchment paper and spritz again. Then divide the brownie mix between the two pans.
  • Bake the brownies for 15 to 20 minutes or until the middle is set. Remove from oven and then allow to cool completely. Remove from baking pans before decorating.
  • In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  • Prepare the fruit for decorating the cookie. Make sure fruit is washed, dried, and sliced (if needed).
  • Evenly spread cream cheese mixture over the cookie. Then decorate as desired with fruit.
  • Melt milk chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well. Drizzle over fruit.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Best if served immediately.


NOTE: This recipe is enough to make TWO 9 inch brownie pizzas.
