What You Will Need

  • Old magazines
  • 1 Picture frame
  • Mod Podge
  • Ribbon
  • Paint
  • Die cuts or stamps

Instructions

  • Paint the edges of your frame with the color of your choice.
  • Cut strips from your magazines in the colors of your choice. To achieve an ombre gradient, cut pieces in various shades of the same color.
  • Lay the pieces out on your frame until you're happy with the look.
  • Cut the strips to length, then mod-podge them onto the frame.
  • Add ribbon to the edges for a finished look.
  • Decorate with die cuts or stamps for more visual interest.
