Matchbook Valentines with Free Printable

Make these matchbook Valentines with a free printable. Perfect to give as punny Valentines for adults. Your sweetheart will love them! Read on to learn how to make your own.

Equipment

What You Will Need

  • Card stock
  • Computer and printer
  • Sand paper
  • Adhesive
  • Stapler
  • Scissors

Instructions

  • Download the printable file here and print onto white card stock. Take apart your matchbook by removing the staple.
  • Cut the matchbook covers from your card stock with scissors. Use the matchbook cover you removed as a template to see where to bend your new cover.
  • You will need something to strike the matches against on the back of your matchbook as well. Cut a piece of sand paper to size.
  • Use adhesive to glue it onto the back.
  • Add your matches back to the new cover and use a staple to secure.
  • Fold over the matchbook and this is ready for gift giving!
