Lemonade Cupcakes

What You Will Need

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1/4 cupĀ  lemonade
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 10 tbsp butter melted
  • Lemon glaze mix
  • 2 tbsp lemonade
  • Lemon zest if desired (about 1 tbsp)

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add paper liners to a muffin pan.
  • Mix cake ingredients above until well blended.
  • Add the batter to the muffin tin filling each one about 2/3 full.
  • Bake 20 - 22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely before adding the glaze.
  • For the glaze, mix the glaze ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and/or lemonade until the consistency is correct.
  • Drizzle over your cooled cupcakes.
