Peel the hard boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
Remove yellow portion and add to a bowl.
Set white portions on a plate.
Use a fork to mash yolks in the bowl.
Add mustard, celery seed, pickle juice, and mayonnaise to the yolks.
Mash together with the fork until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add mixture to the middle of the white part of the eggs with a spoon.
Sprinkle completed eggs with a little paprika.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
