Taco Soup

What You Will Need

  • 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 10 oz can Rotel original
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 15.25 oz can whole corn drained
  • 2 - 15.5 oz cans light red kidney beans drained
  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • Chips sour cream, salsa, cheese, and any other toppings.

Instructions

  • Brown the hamburger meat in a skillet, drain grease.
  • Add to a large soup pot: diced tomatoes, Rotel, taco seasoning, whole corn, kidney beans, and hamburger meat.
  • Stir and bring to a boil.
  • Serve soup over tortilla chips with the toppings of your choice.
