Caramel Apple Cheesecake


  • 5 apples
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • Caramel ice cream topping


  1. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  2. Add to a saucepan with the sugar.
  3. Cover and cook until tender.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in cinnamon.
  5. Mix whipping cream, milk, and cream cheese with a mixer on high for 1 - 2 minutes.
  6. Peaks should form.
  7. In mason jars, layer cream cheese mixture, apple pie filling, and caramel ice cream topping. Repeat layers until jar is full ending with caramel ice cream topping.
