Campfire Nachos


  • Tortilla chips
  • Iron Skillet
  • Nacho cheese or cheese dip
  • Shredded cheese
  • Favorite nacho toppings


  1. Layer your chips in an iron skillet.
  2. Scoop on nacho cheese or your favorite brand of cheese dip.
  3. Add any ingredients that you would like to be warm when the dish is complete in the next layer. Layer on shredded cheese.
  4. "Bake" near your campfire until the cheese is good and melted and the chips are nice and warm.
  5. Remove from the fire and top with the toppings of your choice.

No campfire?  No problem!  Pop it under the broiler instead!
