Slow Cooker Pork Sausage Stew

What You Will Need

  • 1 pound mild Johnsonville Italian Sausage
  • 2 packages 12 oz each vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can 24 oz traditional spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 can 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  • Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until cooked through and no longer pink.
  • Drain well.
  • Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  • Cover.
  • Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
  • Stir before serving.
