Instant Pot Pulled Pork Recipe

What You Will Need

  • 1 pork roast 4-5 pounds
  • 16 ounce bottle barbecue sauce larger bottle if using a larger size pork roast
  • 1 cup water


  • Add all ingredients to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
  • Seal the lid of the pressure cooker and turn the valve to sealing.
  • Set the Instant Pot to manual 75 minutes high pressure, and then allow for a natural release to retain optimal moisture.
  • Once done, remove the lid from the pressure cooker and use two forks to shred the pork.
