Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe


  • 1 stick butter room temperature
  • 1/3 cup low-carb sweetener of choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Using a stand mixer, beat together butter and sweetener.
  3. Then add eggs one at a time, beating for one minute and scraping the bowl after each addition.
  4. Beat in vanilla extract.
  5. Then add almond flour and baking soda and mix well.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon about a tablespoon of dough onto the two prepared pans (about 18 cookies).
  8. Bake for 14 minutes, rotating pans halfway through.
  9. Remove from oven and cool on pans for five minutes, then transfer cookies to a wire rack and cool completely, and serve.
