The Best Grilled Cheese Recipe


  • 1 Potato
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • 2 slices of Bread
  • 3 slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • Chives
  • 3 slices of Cooked Bacon
  • Non-stick Cooking Spray
  • Sour Cream for dipping


  1. Start by cleaning and slicing your potato into roughly 1/4 inch slices.
  2. Fill the bottom of your skillet with oil, about 1/2 inch deep, and heat up.
  3. Throw in your potato slices. Then dash each slice with pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
  4. Let them cook for about 2 -3 minutes (until golden) and flip.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the opposite side of potatoes.
  6. Once both sides of potatoes are golden brown, place them on a plate.
  7. Now it is time to build the best grilled cheese recipe. Start with a slice of bread then add cheddar cheese, potatoes, a sprinkleĀ of chives, bacon, and finally your other slice of bread.
