Creamy Corn Casserole
A delicious creamy corn casserole that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion!

- 8 bacon slices
- 24 oz frozen corn
- 1 small onion
- 2/3 cup chopped bell peppers assorted colors
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp.
Then remove and drain.
Reserve 2 tbsp drippings in skillet.
In the meantime, steam corn in the microwave according to package directions.
Add onion and bell pepper to a skillet over med-high heat and saute until tender-crisp.
Then add corn to the skillet and stir to combine.
Cut cream cheese into cubes.
Then add cream cheese and milk to skillet.
Stir until cream cheese melts.
Stir in sugar, salt, and pepper.
Then put the entire mixture into a casserole dish.
Chop bacon into pieces and sprinkle on top.
