How to Make a Family Sign

- Cut your fabric so that it is slightly shorter than your poster hanger and long enough for the SVG file that you are going to add to the font. The poster hangers are made in a wide variety of sizes so you can literally make this as large or as small as you would like. Hem the raw edges of the fabric. You can also leave them raw for a more rustic look.
- Cut the HTV with your Cricut into whatever design you want to use for your wall hanging. Be sure to mirror the design before cutting and place your HTV shiny side down on the mat.
- Weed away all excess from your HTV.
- Then place the HTV onto your fabric and press according to the package directions.
- Add the poster hanger to the top and bottom of the fabric and hang. These are generally magnetic so it takes only seconds to add making this project super simple.
