What You Will Need

Instructions

  • Start by taping the ends of the noodle together to form a circle.
  • Working one at a time, wrap each garland around the wreath form. Tuck or glue then ends of the garland to secure.

To make a mini American flag:

  • Create a base to glue to by cutting a popsicle stick in half and lay each piece parallel to each other.
  • Then, glue 7 sticks across (perpendicular to the two sticks) to form the flag shape.
  • Paint the blue square in the corner for the stars. Then, paint the stripes.
  • Then use the opposite end of your brush (the end without bristles) to add 13 dots to the blue portion. Let that dry.

To make the cut-out "4":

  • Cut a 4 from paper then used that as a template. I used various old boxes to make some more fours.
  • Stack all four layers and glue them together for a sturdy cardboard cut out.
  • Then, use hot glue to secure the four and the flag to my wreath.
