Red Velvet Fudge Recipe

What You Will Need

  • 1 box Red Velvet cake mix
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 10 tablespoons butter cubed
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles for decorating


  • Grease an 8x8 pan.
  • Mix the cake mix and powdered sugar in a large microwavable bowl.
  • Add the butter and milk.  Do not stir!
  • Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from microwave immediately and stir.
  • Once blended, stir in chocolate chips.Make sure they melt completely.
  • Press mixture into your prepared pan and add sprinkles if desired.
  • You will need to press the sprinkles slightly into the top.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
  • Cut into squares and serve up to your Valentine!
