Cheese Roll

What You Will Need

  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cloves garlic pasted
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by lining a small dish with plastic wrap.
  • Lay your parsley in the bottom of the dish.
  • Mix up your cheese roll recipe in a medium sized bowl.
  • Add in cream cheese, pasted garlic, and cheddar cheese.  Mix well.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread your mix on top of the parsley in the baking dish.
  • Put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  • Remove, lift that plastic wrap and roll up the cheese.
  • Shape into a log and be sure all outer surfaces are covered with the chopped parsley.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap to store or serve immediately.

Notes

You can also use toasted pecans instead of parsley.
