Cheese Roll

What You Will Need
1/2
cup
chopped parsley
8
oz
cream cheese
softened
2
cloves
garlic
pasted
1/2
cup
finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Start by lining a small dish with plastic wrap.
Lay your parsley in the bottom of the dish.
Mix up your cheese roll recipe in a medium sized bowl.
Add in cream cheese, pasted garlic, and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread your mix on top of the parsley in the baking dish.
Put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Remove, lift that plastic wrap and roll up the cheese.
Shape into a log and be sure all outer surfaces are covered with the chopped parsley.
Wrap in plastic wrap to store or serve immediately.
Notes
You can also use toasted pecans instead of parsley.
