Microwave Pumpkin Cake

What You Will Need

  • 6 tablespoons yellow cake mix
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice


  • Grease the mason jars well with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add all of the above ingredients to the mason jar.
  • Mix with a fork right in the mason jar until well combined.
  • Cook for 6o seconds in the microwave.
  • Serve with a dollop of ice cream on top and some caramel ice cream topping.


Use caution when removing as the jars will be hot.
