Tomato Salad with Pickled Onions

What You Will Need

  • 2 tsp spicy mustard
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 containers grape tomatoes 10 oz each
  • 1/2 jar of pickled red onions


  • Mix mustard, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Stream in the olive oil while whisking.
  • Add halved cherry tomatoes to the bowl.
  • Toss to coat.
  • Add 1/2 a jar of pickled red onions.
  • Stir the salad and serve up in small bowls or as a side to a main dish.
