Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Pops

Make these super simple bite-sized marshmallow pops for your next party! You can dip these sweet treats in just about any kind of sprinkles or toppings you like for a perfect party treat that everyone will love.

What You Will Need

  • Regular or jumbo size marshmallows
  • White chocolate chips
  • Milk chocolate chips
  • Decorative sprinkles of any type
  • Paper straws
  • Waxed paper


  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave according to package directions giving special care not to overheat the chocolate. You can add 1teaspoon of vegetable shortening or coconut oil to help thin the chocolate.
  • Press marshmallows onto straws with a twisting motion. Choose straws that match the decor for your party.
  • Then dip the marshmallow into chocolate and immediately into sprinkles.
  • Place marshmallows on waxed paper once dipped. Then let marshmallows dry completely before packaging or serving.
