Line a 9 x 13 glass casserole dish with parchment paper.
Heat chocolate in a double boiler until melted. Once melted, mix in the espresso powder.
Then pour the chocolate mixture into the lined dish, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle with white and silver sprinkles. Then refrigerate for one hour or until hardened.
Break into chunks, drizzle with red gel frosting, and enjoy! Remember that the sprinkles, as well as the gel frosting, can be modified to fit your party theme. Mix things up to match any Halloween party or dinner that you are hosting.
