I couldn’t leave party crafts week without sharing a recipe for dark chocolate bark! This version is perfect for Halloween parties but you can change up the toppings for other times of the year as well. Chocolate bark is one of my go-to recipes when it comes to entertaining. Dark Chocolate Bark Recipe
Ingredients:
- 20 ounces dark chocolate morsels
- 3 tablespoons espresso powder
- White sprinkles
- Silver sprinkles
- Red gel frosting
- Parchment paper
Instructions:
- Line a 9 x 13 glass casserole dish with parchment paper.
- Heat chocolate in a double boiler until melted. Once melted, mix in the espresso powder.
- Then pour the chocolate mixture into the lined dish, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle with white and silver sprinkles. Then refrigerate for one hour or until hardened.
- Break into chunks, drizzle with red gel frosting, and enjoy! Remember that the sprinkles, as well as the gel frosting, can be modified to fit your party theme. Mix things up to match any Halloween party or dinner that you are hosting.
