What You Will Need

  • 8 bacon slices
  • 24 oz frozen corn
  • 1 small onion
  • 2/3 cup chopped bell peppers assorted colors
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp.
  • Then remove and drain.
  • Reserve 2 tbsp drippings in skillet.
  • In the meantime, steam corn in the microwave according to package directions.
  • Add onion and bell pepper to a skillet over med-high heat and saute until tender-crisp.
  • Then add corn to the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Cut cream cheese into cubes.
  • Then add cream cheese and milk to skillet.
  • Stir until cream cheese melts.
  • Stir in sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Then put the entire mixture into a casserole dish.
  • Chop bacon into pieces and sprinkle on top.
