Pretty Cricut Mother’s Day Cards You Can DIY

Mother’s Day is a special day because it reminds us to stop and take some time to acknowledge and appreciate an irreplaceable person in our lives: mom.

Can you think of a better way to celebrate moms in your life than with a personal, homemade card? Use this tutorial to make incredible and easy Cricut Mother’s Day cards!

SUPPLIES

– Cricut machine and Cricut Design Space – Mother’s Day Card Layout – Printer – White cardstock – Adhesive – Gold adhesive foil vinyl – Transfer tape – Extra embellishment supplies

INSTRUCTIONS:

Go to Cricut Design Space and grab the canvas I already have set up.

To make pre-colored art quickly, make your own and use that paper for your Cricut project, or print out pre-designed papers and use them for your card.

Once you have your card pieces, layer them and adhere them in place. I used gold foil to create the words and accent heart and then used transfer tape to adhere the pieces to the card.

Embellish any way you want. If you want to add glitter, clear glitter nail polish is a great way to add some extra sparkle!

If you don’t have cardstock, washi paper might work well since it works for card making and scrapbooking!

What can I use instead of cardstock?
