Chocolate Peanut Butter Cracker Cookies No Bake QUICK and EASY

It is the last day of Craft Lightning.  Today I am going to share with y'all my super secret recipe.  The easiest cookie recipe on planet earth.  The one your friends and family will be begging for.  The ones that are no bake and don't even require an oven.  You read that right.  Get ready cause these Chocolate Peanut Butter Cracker Cookies are going to blow your socks off.  

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cracker Cookies Ingredients:

• Ritz Crackers (I prefer the brand name)
• Peanut Butter
• Chocolate and/or Vanilla flavored almond bark or candy coating
• Sprinkles for decoration if desired

Melt almond bark or candy coating in the microwave according to the package directions.  Spread peanut butter on one cracker and top with another cracker.  Cover crackers in melted coating and set aside.  Sprinkle with decoration if desired before set.  Allow coating to set and enjoy!
