Ingredients
  1. 9 cups Chex cereal
  2. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  3. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  4. 1/4 cup butter
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 1-1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  7. 1 bag Easter M and M candies
  8. 1 bag mini marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Measure the cereal into a large bowl and set aside. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave safe medium bowl, microwave the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
  3. Pour the mixture of the cereal and gently mix until the cereal is all coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 2-gallon ziplock bag and add the confectioner’s sugar. Seal the bag and shake until all the cereal is coated.
  5. Spread the cereal out onto the baking sheet to cool. Sprinkle M and M candies and mini marshmallows throughout the cereal.
  6. Store in an airtight container.

Ingredients
  1. 2 oranges (peeled and diced)
  2. 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks (in juice)
  3. 1 15 oz can sliced peaches (in juice)
  4. 1 6 oz container blueberries
  5. 1 8 oz container strawberries (sliced)
  6. 1 1.4 oz box instant fat free sugar free vanilla pudding
Instructions
  1. Drain all juices from canned fruit and save. Add all fruit to a large serving bowl. Sprinkle pudding on fruit and add about 3/4 cup juices. Stir until a pudding forms. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Ingredients
  1. 1 18.25 oz package of strawberry cake mix
  2. 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 1 8 oz package cream cheese (softened)
  5. 4 cups confectioners sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch cake pan with nonstick spray. Mix in a large bowl the cake mix, butter, and 1 egg. Mixture will be dense. Pat mixture into the bottom of your cake pan. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, and sugar. Pour the mixture over the cake layer. Bake for 33 - 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cut out with heart shapes once cool if desired.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup butter (softened)
  2. 1 cup plus 1/4 cup sugar (divided)
  3. 1 cup packed brown sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 2 tsp vanilla
  6. 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  7. 3/4 cup baking cocoa
  8. 1 tsp baking soda
  9. 1 package Rolo candies
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter, 1 cup sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl. Add eggs and vanilla then mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Add flour mixture to the creamed mixture and stir until combined. Unwrap Rolo candies and shape one tablespoon of dough around each candy. Roll in remaining 1/4 cup of sugar. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 7 - 9 minutes or until top is slightly cracked. Remove from baking sheet and allow to cool. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.

Peanut Butter Gingerbread Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup butter softened
  2. 1 cup Planters creamy peanut butter
  3. 1 cup light brown sugar
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 2 tbsp molasses
  7. 2 tsp vanilla
  8. 3 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  9. 1 tsp baking soda
  10. 1/2 tsp salt
  11. 2 tbsp ginger
  12. 2 tbsp cinnamon
  13. 1 tsp nutmeg
  14. mini chocolate chips for decoration
Instructions
  1. Combine butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add two eggs, molasses, and vanilla until thoroughly combined. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add flour to sugar mixture and stir until dough forms. Cover and chill dough for 2 - 3 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove dough from refrigerator and roll out to desired thickness. Use a flour covered surface and rolling pin. A thicker cookie will be more chewy while a thinner one will be more crisp. Cut out desired shape and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes. Place mini chocolate chips on your men if desired immediately upon removal from oven. Allow cookies to cool and enjoy!

Crumb Topped Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe

Crust
  1. 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  2. 1/3 cup sugar
  3. 1 3/4 cups flour
Filling
  1. 1 cup sugar
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 15 ounce can of pumpkin
  4. 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  5. 1 tsp vanilla
Topping
  1. 1 1/2 cups walnuts (chopped)
  2. 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  4. 2 tbsp flour
  5. 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix the ingredients for the crust together (mixture will be somewhat crumbly and dry but will hold together when pressed). Press the crust into the bottom and about half way up the sides of the pan.
  2. Add all of filling ingredients to a separate bowl. Mix with a whisk or mixer until well blended. Pour over crust.
  3. Combine all of topping ingredients in a bowl. Mix until well blended (you want a crumb like consistency). Sprinkle evenly over your filling.
  4. Bake for 1 hour then remove from oven. Allow to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
