Country Ham and Cheddar Biscuits Recipe
- 2 1/4 cups baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped country ham
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients until a soft dough forms. Turn onto surface sprinkled with additional baking mix. Fold and pat about 5 times. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thick and cut with biscuit cutter. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 7 - 9 biscuits.
