I have some great themed gift basket ideas for you today along with a $100 gift card giveaway to Walmart so you can create your own gift basket. This post is sponsored by the BHG Live Better line of products at Walmart however all projects and opinions are my own. Everything you see in this post can be found as close as your local Walmart store. So be sure to head there to pick up the items needed for your own gift basket and to finish off your holiday shopping.
Links in this post may be affiliate links. I am going to start with a kitchen themed gift basket. I used the following in my version:
- Better Homes and Gardens Bread Basket (in stores only)
- Better Homes and Gardens Flour Sack Towels (in stores only)
- Better Homes and Gardens Candles (in stores only)
- Better Homes and Gardens Silicone Oven Mitt (in stores only)
You could also add in kitchen utensils, pot holders, dishes, glasses, or anything else you think your gift recipient will appreciate.
I love this bread basket from Better Homes and Gardens and everything fit perfectly inside. I found this in the kitchen section so be on the lookout for it when you head to Walmart.
Then I took tissue paper and filled in the basket to make the contents a bit more of a mystery. I wrapped the entire thing in clear cellophane wrapping and tied on an extra large bow. That ribbon is GORGEOUS and I found it in the craft section of my local Walmart. Walk don’t run y’all!
Next up is a home decor lover’s gift basket. For this one I used:
- Better Homes and Gardens Distressed Teal Clock
- Better Homes and Gardens Baroque Florence Wall Mirrors, Set of 3
- Better Homes and Gardens Velvet Plush Throw
- Lined basket from Walmart stores
You can pick up any of the great variety of home decor available at Walmart. The BHG Live Better line has an amazing number of products throughout the store that will work great in a gift basket like this one.
I lined the basket with the throw then added in the other items. I ended up removing the mirrors from the packaging so they would fit better.
I then pulled up the sides of that blanket around the gift and secured everything with a large green bow. This gift basket is ready for giving! I love making the “wrapping” a part of the gift so that nothing goes to waste.
