- 1 bag of raw, peeled, and cleaned shrimp (12 oz. bag)
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1 grated lemon peel
- 2 to 4 teaspoons of crushed red pepper (depending on how spicy you want to make the recipe)
- Olive oil
- Add about 1/4 of an inch of olive oil to a cast iron skillet.
- Heat up the oil over medium/high heat.
- Then add in your garlic, red pepper, and lemon peel. Stir.
- Add in shrimp.
- Then stir and flip the shrimp frequently until they are golden and cooked through.
- Drain grease and place on an appetizer plate, sprinkle with extra red peppers if you desire.
- Serve up your spicy shrimp and enjoy!
