Paper Crafts Round Up -- THREE Crafts

I am over at Craft Test Dummies today reviewing the American Crafts Cutup Cartridge Trimmer.  So while I was trying out this great paper trimmer I cut tons of strips for a few projects.  I thought I would share the projects with y'all along with links for the tutorials.  Oh if you want to know what I thought of the cartridge trimmer you will have to head over to Craft Test Dummies for the full review.  First up is an origami bracelet that is so fun to make!  You can find the tutorial over at Inna's Creations.

This folded paper beauty was not extremely quick to make but it was fairly easy once you got the hang of it. I got the project started then my daughter finished it off.  A great project for those "bored" summer tweens and teens!

Next up I wrapped a book to give as a gift and used paper strips with a scalloped edge to decorate my package.  I got the idea from Minieco but put my spin on it.

Just cut your paper strips then weave them into a pattern.  A gorgeous addition to any gift.  Anyone else getting ideas for Christmas wrapping?

Last we have a curly bird.  Instructions to make him and lots of his friends can be found on Spoonful.

This one is a fairly simple project that older kids can definitely have a hand in.  Leave the precision cutting of the strips to you but let them curl and glue the paper.  You will have a flock of birds in no time.

I hope y'all enjoyed these paper crafts and will try out some of them for yourself.  Now head on over to Craft Test Dummies and see what I thought of the paper trimmer....then decide if you need to buy one for yourself!
