It is time once again for Crafty Hangouts and this time I am sharing a snowman gift in a jar plus there is a $400 giveaway at the end of this post. This handmade gifts event is sponsored by Online Labels and you can see all of the gift ideas by heading on over to Crafty Hangouts. This is also a part of mason jar mania week here on The Country Chic Cottage where I will be posting tons of mason jar gift ideas. If you want to join in, be sure to follow me on Instagram to show off your mason jar creation!
Now for our snowman gift in a jar. To make your own you will need:
- OL350 Circle Labels in white matte
- Printable snowman face file
- Mason jar mug (find these at the dollar store)
- Snowman hat ornament (mine came from Dollar Tree)
- Hot drink mix packets or other gift to put inside
- Black paint
- Hot glue and glue gun
You can watch me make this snowman gift in a jar live below.
Don’t you love how easy that is? Here is a close up of the hat so you can see what you are looking for at the store. The small hole in the center where the hanger for the ornament was is barely visible.
Those labels are just perfect on the side of this mug. Don’t want to give a mug gift like this? These printable snowman faces will also work on the top of a standard sized mason jar. Let the mason jar gifts commence!
Who will you give this snowman gift in a jar to this holiday season? I love gifts like this that are good for neighbors, friends, teachers, and more. All ages and genders will love this simple gift idea. These are also great to keep on hand for unexpected holiday visitors.
I promised y’all one BIG giveaway! Enter below to win Target gift cards! There is $400 up for grabs y’all! Be sure to follow the terms and conditions and enter in the widget. Good luck!
