Combine a $1 Dollar Tree find, some stamps, glue, and glitter and you get one great decorative storage box...
These little wooden hinged boxes were at my Dollar Tree for just $1 a piece. I scooped them up knowing I would figure out something to do with them.
I broke out my stamps from PSA Essentials and my Martha Stewart glue and glitter.
These little wooden hinged boxes were at my Dollar Tree for just $1 a piece. I scooped them up knowing I would figure out something to do with them.
I broke out my stamps from PSA Essentials and my Martha Stewart glue and glitter.
First I painted my box white. Then just stamp your box. This basically provides an outline for you to trace with glue.
Once you trace the stamp with glue pour on the glitter and remove the excess.
The following picture illustrates one design that is glittered, one that is just stamped, and one that already has the glue applied just waiting on glitter.
I did a pattern of 5 on the top of the box using two different glitter colors.
I also added some swirls along the side. What a perfect box for storing jewelry. You could be the best gift giver ever and add a gift to the inside!
Run to your Dollar Tree and scoop up these boxes before they are gone!
