I picked up the Marie Callender’s frozen small apple pies at my local grocery store. Unwrap and bake according to the package directions.
Be sure to cook completely and make sure they are done by inserting a thermometer. Allow to cool before proceeding.
Once cool, grab gallon-sized plastic bags and my printable Thanksgiving dessert tags. I printed mine on white cardstock, cut to size, and punched a hole. Place the cooled pie onto the paper plate and into the plastic bag.
Tie the top of the plastic bag with a length of ribbon. Cut off the top portion of the bag then add your Thanksgiving dessert tags. You are ready to send dessert home with your guests in style. I know my Thanksgiving bunch always eats too much during the meal and never has enough room left to eat dessert. This fixes that problem!
