How To Make A Wreath From Bandanas
In as little as 15 minutes, you can make their easy patriotic wreath! This is perfect if you are short on time!
Plus, you only need two supplies: an embroidery hoop and 15 bandanas! No scissors or glue needed. This is an amazing, quick craft that transforms into a gorgeous patriotic wreath for your home!
Supplies Needed To Make Patriotic Wreath
- 8-inch embroidery hoop
- Bandanas (22 inch) (5 each of red, white, and patriotic)
Step 1: Separate Embroidery Hoop
Separate the embroidery hoop, keeping only the inside.
Step 2: Roll Bandanas
Fold the bandannas in half and roll until you have a tight, long roll.
Step 3: Tie Bandanas To Embroidery Hoop
Tie the bandannas to the hoop, alternating red and white, by making a loop and pulling both ends of the bandanna through, as shown below.

Step 4: Tie On Patriotic Bandanas
Finish off with the patriotic bandannas.
Step 5: Fluff Bandanas
Fluff the bandannas before hanging your wreath on your door.

Such a cute project! I didn’t have very good luck with pipe cleaners, so I paper clipped some of the bandannas together 🤣. I’m not the savviest glue gunner or crafter. Wreath looks good though.
