Mary Beth with Cupcakes and Crinoline is back this month with some fun easy Halloween treat bags. This idea is super simple and contains a popcorn mix that your little ghosts and goblins will love!
You may not be getting ready for Halloween parties just yet but if you are anything like me you’ll be scrambling around at the last minute looking for some Halloween crafts and recipes that are easy to make. Now is the time to pin this or save it because you probably already have everything you need on hand and you can make this start to finish in 10 minutes or less. These are also easy enough so that your little ones can help – just keep an eye on them, my two youngest sons ate almost all of the popcorn mix before we had a chance to make our treat bags.
Popcorn Snack Mix Recipe:
- 1 bag of microwave popcorn
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
Make the popcorn according to the directions on the bag. Allow to cool. Gently toss in the mini marshmallows and the white chocolate chips.
How to Make Easy Halloween Treat Bags:
- Clear treat bags from the store – any shape is fine but if you have the bags made specifically for large cookies those will work best
- Twine or ribbon
Using the sharpie draw O’s for ghosts (boo!) or Δ Δ for mini Jack-o-lanterns. Stuff bags and tie with twine or ribbon.
I stayed with an all white theme for the treats but you could use anything you’d like to make your treat bags special. These easy Halloween treat bags will be the hit of any party!
