Organize Your Bathroom Mason Jars

When you need to organize your bathroom, the best way to do it is with a budget-friendly home decor craft. That's exactly what I put together today with these mason jars.

The best thing about this cute mason jar set is that they are so easy to make. Plus, they fit perfectly in a farmhouse themed bathroom!

Supplies Needed

Here is the list of supplies you need to make these mason jars to organize your bathroom:

• Pint sized mason jars
• Burlap ribbon (3 inches wide works perfectly)
• Cricut Machine
• Adhesive or Stencil vinyl
• Sharpie marker
• Hot glue and glue gun
• Scissors
• Flower frog jar lid (for toothbrushes)
• Jar soap pump

How to make Mason jar bath accessories

These are so quick and easy to make, you'll be making them for any room that needs a bit of storage.

Step 1

Let's start by making a stencil. Open Cricut Design Space and add your text to the canvas. You can choose whatever font you like, just keep in mind that you are creating a stencil. I searched “stencil” in the fonts list a had lots to choose from. In the example below, I increased the spacing between the letters to make it easier to use as a stencil later.

Once you have the text the way that you like it, add a rectangle behind the text and center it.

Now we will create the actual stencil by cutting the letters out of the rectangle. Select both the text and rectangle and then from the lower right side of Cricut Design Space, click Exclude.

This will cut the text from the rectangle, leaving a stencil.

Now all you need to do it send the stencil to cut. You can use adhesive vinyl or stencil vinyl for this. I think that adhesive vinyl will give better adhesion for burlap, but use what you have on hand.

Step 2

Wrap the burlap ribbon around the mason jar to determine size and cut to length with scissors.

Step 3

Lay the burlap ribbon flat on a table and center letter stencil, then use a Sharpie marker to trace the letter. Fill in well.

Once the ribbon is stenciled, wrap the burlap ribbon around the jar and secure with hot glue.

That's it! You can then add a flower frog lid to one jar for toothbrushes.
